PRISMA SAFE fabrics are made of a modified acrylic fiber which is known for its inherent flame resistance properties and for its extreme comfort. When combined with cotton or other cellulose fibers, the modacrylic fibers Limiting Oxygen Index is increased (LOI from 28 to 33) and its Flame Retardant performance is optimized.
